Familiarise yourself with Smovey-Outdoor and Aqua Smovey at the Schwaigerhof.
Smovey is a vibrating ring with freely running balls that produce waves of vibrations by simply swinging back and forth. Using the green rings, one can develop one's entire musculature (osteoporosis prophylaxis). At the same time, the coordination is improved, the muscles are loosened and pelvic floor is strengthened.
The inventor of Smovey and Vibroswing system is Johann "Salzhans" Salzwimmer. He stood with both feet firmly on the ground when he was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at the end of the 90s. Although he accepted his illness, however, he began in the knowledge that the disease would make rapid advances to develop a method that would help him to stabilise his "state" of health.
