Schwaigerhof cancellation conditions
Winter 2021/2022:
- free of charge up to 15 days before arrival
- 14 to 4 days before arrival 50%
- 3 days before arrival until the day of arrival 90%
However, if your stay has to be canceled in connection with Covid-19 because
- tourism in the region is stopped
- the borders to Austria will be closed due to Covid-19
- you are from an official risk area
- you, or a family member living in the same household, tested positive for Corona at your start of vacation (certificate required)
- we, of course, refrain from cancellation fees.
Your deposit will be refunded or sent to you in the form of a voucher for another vacation.
Cancellations are accepted only in writing! The 14-day right of withdrawal of the Distance Selling Act does not apply here.
Summer 2022:
Our cancellation conditions are:
Up to 8 weeks before arrival ~ Euro 40,- processing fee
In the period from 8 to 4 weeks before arrival ~ 20% of the booked travel price
In the period from 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival ~ 70% of the booked travel price
7 days until arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure ~ 90% of the booked travel price
Cancellation due to Covid-19 are not subject to cancellation charges if the following applies:
~ Austria or/and the Schladming-Dachstein Region have been officially closed or the Hotel Schwaigerhof is officially closed for the booked stay.
Covid illness is not a free cancellation reason.
We recommend concluding a travel insurance with Covid cancellation cover, such as with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung.

The breakfast and the snack in the afternoon are offered in full as a buffet. If you wish, we are also happy to serve the breakfast or the snack. The salad buffet is offered normally. Theme buffets in the evening are replaced by lovingly prepared dishes which are served.
After dinner you will find enough space everywhere and many private retreat and separation possibilities.
