Hop from your bed straight to the slopes

Children can sometimes ask a lot of questions, but one you definitely won’t hear in Schladming is the perennial “Are we there yet?”. The Schladming-Dachstein Four Mountains ski resort is right on the doorstep of the hotel, so it’s just a hop, skip and a jump to some great skiing fun. Beginners and young ski aficionados can take their first runs in the snow by the “Hopsilift” lift and on the blue piste with chairlift right next to the hotel. Simply gather your ski gear at the Schwaigerhof and you can head straight out to the pistes!

A fun way to learn to ski

Children’s ski school on the doorstep

You’ll find the Hopl ski school located right on the doorstep of the hotel. Its practice slope is ideal for learning the ropes and sets the stage for a perfect family skiing holiday in Styria. When the weather is good you can watch your children discover the joy of skiing from our terrace. If the weather is poor you can stay cosy and warm inside and observe the ski lessons through our large panorama windows over a cup of coffee.

Our local mountain, the Hochwurzen, is the ideal place for an action-packed adventure, day or night. Head on up and get ready to zoom back down again! Simply hire your tobogganing gear directly from the base station at the Hochwurzen, and then you’re all set for a world of fun. You can also ski at night here.
