General Information
We will gladly reserve the booked room category. However, fixed room numbers and fixed floors cannot be confirmed. We appreciate your understanding. For weekend bookings we cannot assign fixed room categories.
Dinner deduction
Deduction for a room with breakfast: € 10.00 per day/child from the half board price. (Deductions are not possible for packages)

Parking - Park GarageYou park free of charge. Our hotel guest can park in our new spacious park garage. There are enough parking spaces available.
E-charging stations:Electro cars can be charged at our hotel for a small fee. Our 20 E-charging stations are located in our new park garage.
Rules - Wellness
Please note that bathing regulations apply to our wellness & water landscape. The nude area and the fitness room are not accessible to children under 15 years.
DogsIn the summer season 2024 (May to November) dogs are welcome in our hotel. The price is € 28,- per dog and night (without food etc.). Please understand that we can only accommodate dogs in selected rooms and that only one dog is allowed per room. You may move freely with your four-legged friend in the reception area, in the courtyard area, on the terrace and in the garden area north. However, we ask you to observe the leash requirement in and around the hotel as well as in the entire region. If you do not want to leave your dog alone in the room, a special area is available where he can also accompany you to the meals.

Smoking All areas, rooms, suites, restaurants and the hotel lobby are non-smoking areas.
Internet Free WiFi Internet access throughout the hotel.
MinibarOur rooms do not have a minibar. Upon request, we can provide you one.
Deposit & Reservation
For fixed booking, we ask for a deposit of 20% per room via transfer within two weeks to our Bank. Upon receipt of the payment your reservation is binding. The remaining balance can be transferred to our account before arrival. Reservations are accepted only in writing. Should the prices in the reservation confirmation deviate, then the prices listed in the price list shall always apply.

Payment Method
We usually recommend payment with MAESTRO card (Austria, Germany, Netherlands) or in cash! The following credit cards are acceptable. Visa and MasterCard (Diners Club).
CancellationThings do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
Schwaigerhof cancellation conditions - Up to 8 weeks before arrival ~ Euro 40,- processing fee
- In the period from 8 to 4 weeks before arrival ~ 20% of the booked travel price
- In the period from 4 weeks to 7 days before arrival ~ 70% of the booked travel price
- 7 days until arrival, no-show, late arrival or early departure ~ 90% of the booked travel price
Covid illness is not a free cancellation reason.
We recommend concluding a travel insurance with Covid cancellation cover, such as with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung.

Other The areas in m² are understood to include bath. Differences from the photos and the floor layout drawings are possible. All prices are in euros. Amendments and errors are reserved.
Diet food / Allergies
We cook fresh for you and use as much local produce as possible. In order to be able to cook a wide variety of food, we use all our staple foods. If you are allergic to something, please inform us. We can prepare some dishes for you glucose- or lactose-free! Please just ask! As a result of being produced in a kitchen, and despite great care being taken, it is possible to be contaminated with other allergens!
Mobile Phones
Out of consideration for other guests, we request that you do not use any mobile devices in the restaurant bar area and in the wellness area. Thank you!

DressBreakfast / Lunch: Casual clothing. Please do not come to the restaurant in long underwear, bathing suits or barefoot.
Dinner: Dinner is a special moment of the day. We recommend appropriate clothing and rely entirely on your good taste.
