Without wanting to make huge waves about our in-house water world, let’s just say: the pool’s really cool. Or rather: the pools are. As is our natural bathing pond, too, of course. You'll struggle to find a water world like ours at any other hotel in Styria. But enough of the words – just come and dive in.

A hit all year round

25 metre outdoor pool

Don’t go with the flow. Let yourself drift – non-stop into the blue. Take in the mountain views. Then the starry sky. Breathe in the fresh mountain air. The best place to relax is on one of the jacuzzi beds. And don't worry: At our wellness hotel in Schladming, we’ll never leave you out in the cold. The 25 metre outdoor pool is heated to 32°C all year round, and can be accessed from inside the building.

Indoor pool

Our indoor pool is as warm and welcoming as the outdoor one. Massage benches and neck jets deliver an extra dose of relaxation. And if you’re looking for even more rest and relaxation, you’ll find it in one of the clothing-only saunas in the indoor pool area. Or on one of the cosy loungers, with lovely soft cushions, and made from the finest fabrics.

Even closer to nature

Natural bathing pond

Our natural pond is a refreshing delight of crystal-clear water. A paradise for swimmers, 18 metres long and 6 metres wide. With jetties all around. Not just for getting in and out of the water. For lounging on too. Listen to the lapping of the water. And let your eyes drink in the unique mountain scenery. A little insider tip: If you're looking to cool off after a visit to the sauna in spring and autumn, this is the place for you.

Quiet rooms

Do you sometimes wish you could get away from all the hustle and bustle? Enjoy some quiet time just for yourself? To read a good book? For a little nap? Or simply to enjoy the view of the Schladminger Tauern scenery through the window? There are plenty of spaces to do all that at the Schwaigerhof. Lovely cosy spaces in fact. We have a number of quiet rooms where you’re invited to idle away some time in tranquillity. The adults-only quiet room is a child-free space.
