Passion, openness, curiosity. These all help to keep our wine list up-to-date and interesting. We tend to use local vineyards that have wines we find expressive. Without losing sight of the bigger picture. Food and wine form a symbiosis – because Toni, our sommelier, and his team know how to make something which is good even better.

Nourishment from nearby. We get our yoghurt and alpine cheese from the Moserhof farm, our milk from the Ennstal Milch dairy, fruit from Obsthof Braunstein, beer from the Schladminger and Gratzer breweries and even our organic garden herbs come from Annemarie’s garden.
