All the saunas in our wellness hotel in Schladming are hotly sought-after. In the new Dachstein Sauna and the Finnish sauna, you can sweat your everyday stress away at between 80 and 90°C and enjoy a wonderful view over the Dachstein massif. In the herbal sauna, things are a little gentler at 60°C. You can control the temperature yourself in the Luis Trenker infrared cabin. Follow this up with 20 minutes in the aroma steam bath at 45°C, and you will simply breathe better – are we right? In spring and winter, our natural pond will cool you down. And for all tea lovers: stop by the Schwaigerhof tea bar after your sauna – you won’t regret it.
